From May 12-22nd, we will be spending 10 soul-expanding days and nights in the Diamante Valley of Costa Rica. We'll enjoy the majesty of the forest, along with incredible adventures and a rare and exciting opportunity to work hands on with various medicine plants.
We will be staying at the beautiful Florestral Retreat Centre, where our medicine teachers/facilitators, Vismay and Nicole live. On this land, they grow the vines, harvest the leaves, make the medicine and perform ceremonies. It is a space dedicated to the expansion of the soul and spirit through the connection with the grandmother spirit.
The OM Temple at Florestral is a beautiful open air temple, where we will have 2 sacred plant medicine ceremonies, enveloped by the sounds of the rainforest. We will also be partaking in a Sweat Lodge ceremony guided by the grandfather plant medicine, San Pedro. During our stay, we will enjoy dawn and/or dusk meditation services in the Babaji Fire Temple.

Florestral has plentiful shared accommodations. The vast facilities include showers with incredible views of the jungle, an expansive outdoor temple, a private river, waterfalls and numerous hiking trails.
The center of Florestral is the beautiful communal Kitchen and lounge where we gather to connect, eat, sing and share.
Your package includes 3 nourishing high vibe meals a day, made with locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, and prepared with love to keep us balanced and clean throughout our stay.
Why Journey With Us?
Our team of holistic practitioners and tribe of participants will be with you to support you before, during and after your journey. We are big on building community and over the last 4 years have gathered over a hundred people throughout our retreats, offerings and ceremonies around the world.
Your journey starts with the moment you answer the call. We aim to prepare you and have you ready for smooth sailing. We offer an orientation and meeting via Zoom with our facilitators and participants. During this meeting, we can address any questions, intentions or thoughts you might have on the upcoming journey, and ensure you are preparing properly in the weeks prior to the retreat.
We will help you find a flight to align and arrange for transportation with the group from the airport to Florestral (flight + airport transfer not included in price of retreat). During your stay in Costa Rica, we will be coordinating a daily schedule crafted especially to enhance and support the healing experience. All of our activities are optional, so you can feel free to stay in your flow.
After the retreat, we hold integration circles, online, or in person where the group can touch base and connect and share their progress after the ceremonies. We also offer a one on one check in call to ensure you are supported. We will always be available if you have any questions regarding integration!
Daily Programming
During our stay, we will have some days for excursions and some days to explore the beautiful forest, river, waterfalls and temples of Florestral. All of our programmed activities are optional, so you can feel free to be in the flow of your experience.

Sacred Medicine Ceremonies
This profound healing journey is centered around two Sacred Medicine ceremonies and a Sweat Lodge ceremony, which will be led by world-renowned facilitators with decades of experience.
These healers specialize in facilitating growth and expansion, using ancient knowledge to break societal habits and reprogram emotional patterns.
We have also arranged for expert healers from several modalities to provide further support for our guests. (optional and extra)

The medicine ceremonies and daily programming are just the beginning of this trip of a lifetime. During our stay, we will embark on several excursions in order to connect with the land around us. We have carefully chosen these experiences to support the integration process that we believe is a very important part of the sacred medicine path.
Soul Garden
Excursions and Activities
Whale and Dolphin Watching Tour
Enjoy some time on the ocean, while we spot whales and dolphins in one of the most beautiful areas of Costa Rica. During this tour we can see whales, spotted dolphins, bottle noses, turtles and seabirds. After the tour, we’ll enjoy snorkeling (weather permitting) in the tail of the whale or whale island where we’ll get up close with different types of reef fish.
The tour goes through the Marino Ballena National Park, Isla Ballena (Whale Island), Las Rocas Tres Hermanas (Three Sisters Rocks), Cavernas Ventanas (Windows Caves) and the Tombolo of Punta Uvita. We visit a seabird sanctuary, Whale Island, where we can see resident and migratory birds as well as reptiles like green iguanas and lizards.
We’ll also be enjoying a delicious and nourishing lunch at the end of the tour!
Uvita is famous for it’s warm and safe waters, making it the perfect destination for Expansion!
Living Library Tour
We will be visiting a dear friend in the Diamante valley, Chris, who has been maintaining a library of medicinal plants through an initiative called the Living Library. He has been collecting medicinal plants of the region for the past years in order to maintain the knowledge of the area. Truly inspiring work!
Here, we will enjoy a workshop on the conservation efforts in place to preserve the wisdom of the ancient people, and their knowledge of the healing properties of many plants in the jungle. We will have a chance to work up close with several medicine plants, including some of the rarest grandfather cacti in existence.
We will be enjoying a delicious and healthy lunch after our tour, picked right from the Living Library garden!

Beach Day
Enjoy the tranquil, safe and warm waters of the calm Pacific Ocean during our day trip to a beautiful, secluded beach in the Uvita region. For lunch, we will have a delicious picnic on the beach, complete with an array of local fresh fruit!
Swim, splash, walk down the coast, or just lie around on your blanket taking it all in! This is a day for you to integrate however you feel best. We'll bring instruments and a speaker to enjoy some daytime music, and then watch the incredible sunset together to end the day.
4X4 Waterfall Adventure Tour
We will be travelling by 4x4 jeep to explore these incredible waterfalls! Our trip begins with an incredible open air ride to the top of the falls. The views during this drive up are absolutely stunning, don’t forget your camera!
Once we get to the falls, we will explore two different places, the first of which allows us to see the very top of the falls up close and personal. We will then take the trail down to the bottom of the falls, where we can swim in the big pool. More adventurous guests can climb the falls and safely dive into the clear deep waters.
Our waterfall experience will end with a delicious and nutritious lunch!
Nauyaca Waterfalls is the ideal place for lovers of nature and adventure where we’re free to walk, swim, climb, jump, take pictures and enjoy a wonderful day, in one of the most beautiful places beautiful of the pacific south of Costa Rica.
*New* Hands-on Medicine Plant Workshops
Our special connection with the land at Florestral and the community of the Diamante Valley, allows us the rare opportunity to work hands-on with several medicine plants that are being grown through several conservation efforts in the region. We will tour stunning and abundant greenhouses filled with various species of medicinal and entheogenic plants from all over the world.

As an added bonus, we will have the incredibly rare opportunity to help harvest and cook the healing medicine of the Amazon, the sacred brew known as the Grandmother Teacher. The special connection that is made with the medicine when working with it in the traditional way that has been done for hundreds of years, is a truly profound and soul expanding experience.

**Participants must fill out a medical form and waiver and have a discovery call with one of our facilitators in order to be fully registered.
